Both of those were pluses for me. Most people can probably tolerate a 3 spice level. I prefer the 4. Every element of the Combination Fried Rice was well prepared. The beef was not that gray chewy stuff you get other places. It was beautifully seared and flavorful. The shrimp were larger than average and not overcooked. They were well seasoned too.
