I did double rice instead of salad and the portion was hugeee. The rice was super fresh and fluffy. And the Fish Taco WAS TO DIE FOR. I've tried fresh fried tacos in Mexico and Baja Cali and this was on par with those! Fish was fresh and well fried, the slaw and dressing was killer. I added spicy mayo and sriracha to my beef and it was 15/10. Great portions for one person. Was prepared fairly quickly and expected ready time was spot on. The edamame 1. Soy Bean had no salt or flavor. Very bland.

"I appreciate the thinly sliced cabbage like in Japan, and also the daikon-oroshi that comes with the soba. Everything is flavored in what we call "Yasashii" flavors.
