I love the Seaport sandwich (bagel with cream cheese and lox), but I've tried every breakfast item on different bagels, and several of the Carnegie pastrami/corned beef sandwiches, and they are all righteous. "I wanted to like this soooo bad because of the value for the amount of food you get. But if you get anything breaded, it is going to taste entirely like bread. Couldn't even tell if there was meat in it or not. And the noodles were really weird...they had this texture like they weren't properly cooked, kind of like stale playdoh spaghetti. Putting some chili oil on it made it better but why do I have to add MY stuff to make it edible? The super greens were actually pretty good. Fresh, well cooked, and lightly seasoned which gave them a refreshing taste. The proteins were bad, maybe I'll try something not breaded next time...probably not though. I'd rather spend a bit more to get something of higher quality. The cream cheese rangoons were fine. Nothing special. Did what they needed to do."

"Decided to get something different instead of a sub so I ordered a Roast Beef (230 Cals) no bready bowl. I customized it by eliminating the vegetables I don't like and adding double meat, double cheese, pepperoni, and bacon. It was expensive ($28) but delicious and enough left over forca second serving at least for me. Not sure the roast beef was really doubled but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I wish there was a way to have roast beef, ham and turkey in one bowl but you can only order each separately or ham and turkey together. Also got Auntie Anne's® Footlong Pretzel (330 Cals) which I had never had before but it was excellent. Just the right amount of salt and just the right texture - not to soft and not to hard. And for dessert Subway® Footlong Cookie (1330 Cals) another winner and plenty left over for another day."
