I saw the avocado Hearty 8 Grain Loaded Avocado Toast first and instantly said YEP! The bread is thick and toasted to perfection. Topped with their avocado spread and everything seasoning. it is $7 for a slice of toast, but I didn't have to fix it and I don't have that bread lurking in my pantry asking me to eat it.
Now to the smoothie. Navigating a low histamine anti-inflammatory diet can be difficult, but the customization options for the smoothies made it so much easier. I just hopped on the ChatGPT and had it help me concoct a combination that was both anti-inflammatory and low and histamines packed full of collagen and powerhouse grains. No added sugars and it's perfection."
