The English muffin on the Irish Benedict was very unlike what I was expecting. It was very thin and pancake-like. Hollandaise sauce is missing something. Needs more lemon I think? Benedict as a whole could really benefit from salt and pepper. Hash was bland and too soft. Eggs were poached beautifully, though. 4/10. Very bland and odd textures.
The loaded hash browns seemed like it was only going to be cheese and bacon from the item description's preview. It also had onion and pepper and jalapeños.
