I wouldn't have paid that much for such a small amount of slaw, let alone the not getting fries. If they are going to give less than 1/4 cup of subpar slaw in exchange for fries, of then the substitution should be free. If I am paying 3.95 on top of losing the value of the fries, I expect slightly more mediocre coleslaw.

"The portion sizes relative to the order pricing is absolutely terrible. This is some of the most expensive mid-tier food I've ordered online in recent memory.
The Brisket Grilled Cheese Sandwich itself was pretty decent, as was the dip. But the side of cheesy fries barely had any cheese and no cheese sauce that I could see. The tater tots were basically dry aside from some small sections with cheese, you could not tell me these had cheese sauce on them.
The Triple Play Mac N' Cheese was the worst portion sized item, especially for the price. it doesn't even come very far up in the take out container. The actual flavor profile too was mild at best.
Over all, extremely disappointed compared to the menu photos, again especially for the price *especially* relative to portion sizes."

The beef ribs were incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful, and the portion was HUGE. $10.99 is a lot for a burger however the burger you get is half the height of the picture, looks nowhere near as good and you have to pay $1(what you should pay for the beef bacon rather than the $2.29 they charge) for pickles, jalapeno peppers and other toppings that shouldn't come at an extra cost but have their own price tag.
I ordered the Cheese Brgr Boy with no nions, no tomatoes, pickles for an extra $1 and jalapeno peppers for another extra $1 bringing theprice up to a whopping $12.99 and French Fries which looked better in person than the picture.
If the photos and descriptions of menu items were authentic, that would have made the experience a lot better."
