"FOOD was great- chicken 3 whole Wings with Fries ; wings have a very pleasant crispiness to them! Not a lot of meat on them. They are skinny, check the pictures! Bourbon sauce was great. Fries were gross. Zero seasoning. I added salt and pepper. Honestly inedible. I dipped them in the bourbon sauce to finish them. Rice and beans were great! Barbecue baked chicken was fantastic. Incredibly well cooked! You could not handle this chicken without it falling apart! The sauce is mild, it's not hot or VERY flavorful. But, this is the safe approach and i wont judge them for it. Sweet Plantains as a side are expensive. $5 for six pieces(pictured). However, they were sweet/ripe and well cooked!
SERVICE was extremely slow and lacked any attention to detail- I was called by the driver to inquire on what sides i wanted. The DD app doesnt allow you to choose the entree without choosing both sides! The driver also pointed out they didn't start my order til she arrived to the restaurant and inquired on it. Driver also mentioned a 30+ minute wait is a regular experience here. For context: my order was scheduled by 8am and acknowledged by the restaurant by 3pm. My driver had not arrived til nearly 4pm. I see little excuse here. I want to give them a 3 star review. But, food is the priority here and they did that well. "
"I'm just gonna be real. The Baked Bar B Que short ribs were good, onions were a pleasant surprise, tender and thick, the Potato Salad was the star. Not sweet and had the egg,onions, etc. sweet potatoes seemed regular, possibly canned, flavor was okay. The Sweet potato cornbread was good. Definitely ordering again for the oxtails. Portion was good, definitely worth it."

"My wife and I got the roast beef over filling the filling had to much celery seed spice which was a bit much. The beef and gravy had a good flavor just could have had more gravy on the meat. My mash potatoes didn't have any gravy which was disappointing doesn't give an option to add gravy to the mash. The coleslaw was delicious was our favorite part of the meal. The fries were ok but also didn't give option to put gravy on them. We also got the crab dip which it was good flavor but a bit greasy and very small serving for $13 probably wouldn't get the crab dip again because of how small the serving was. "
