The gorditas are freshly made, generous with meat and cheese. The only thing I would change is the sour cream and vegetables—I would serve them on the side because reheated they don’t taste the same. My eggs had no seasoning and my yolk was no longer in the eggs. My hash browns were screaming for some seasoning. My hash browns were definitely not crispy. The only pieces that were "crispy" were the frozen parts- which was quite a bit. Unfortunately this has happened the last time I ordered as well but confused as I have dined in and had no issues with the meal.... well that's a waste of my money. Sorry didn't get a picture of the food before I tossed it in the garbage. The bacon was the only thing worth eating..."

"I had the Jimarcus burrito which is huge. It's not the best burrito I've ever had but it's pretty good. My son and husband had the chicken burrito special which is a small chicken burrito with rice and beans for $5.99 which is a great deal. It doesn't come with a drink though, fyi. My husband said it was really good but my son only liked the rice. The part that upset me was I paid $2.75 for 4 oz of spicy hot sauce. They forgot to put it in my bag and I hate dry burritos. So my husband had to go pick it up and they didn't even give us like a free churro or something for the inconvenience. We literally could have saved over $12 in tip and fees (they have one of the highest service fees) by just getting it to go. But we didn't want to go anywhere. The sauce wasn't even that good. Not a happy customer! The other thing was we got chips, cheese, and guac. The guac was good but the chips just had some melted cheese on top in a pile and the chips tasted stale. I'd recommend not getting the cheese on it. I'll stick with getting my burrito fixes

"Ok, this might be the best Mexican joint in Corvallis. I've gotten Taquitos Dorados from multiple places in Corvallis/Albany and these are the best. Chicken wasn't dry, tortillas perfectly crispy and light. Good homemade guacamole and salsa Verde. Mexican rice can sometimes be an after thought but this stuff hits. Moist, flavorful, and not overly dry or soggy. No grains of rice stuck together. Pairs well with their beans too, which have a good consistency. The meat on the Aldo’s Platter was well cooked. Carnitas was the big surprise. Most carnitas I have had have chunks of fat that ruin the experience. This was moist but lean without chunks of fat. Tender and delicious chicken and steak as well. You gotta check this place out!!"
