The creaminess of the egg added a rich and mutually enhancing creaminess to the tobiko. And, the idea of a tiny egg on tinier eggs was delightful.
I was charmef and happy to see an extra piece of the Hotate Sushi in the container! I don't know what brought me that privilege, but I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The Hawaiian Roll was very nicely presented and delicious, although I realised that I am probably not a big fan of mango puree on sushi. That is just my particular taste. However and I was able to appreciate that it was pretty and applied with just enough to bring the fruity mango flavor without overpowering the fish.
