Egg rolls tiny - total 4 actually equal to 1 normal size egg roll. More like "spring rolls", "duck" (?) sauce watery. "I ordered Cupbop through DoorDash and was severely disappointed with what I received. I’ve ordered from this location before and have never had this issue, which makes this even more frustrating.
Both bowls only came with three small pieces of chicken and two mandoo each, and everything was noticeably burnt. I also ordered a K-Dawg, which arrived burnt and missing some of the toppings.
For the price, this was really unacceptable. I’m hoping this was just an off night, but the quality and portion size were far below what I’ve experienced here before."

"I haven't ordered from here in a long time but this was our go to Chinese spot. For the money that I just spent the food was mediocre. The Sesame Beef was soggy, I'm not sure if they've changed the Chicken Egg Roll (2) recipe up but they tasted frozen. I had to pay for my Duck Sauce and Hot Mustard which is insane. I think I'll wait to eat Chinese food for when I head to the west side for work once a month. "
