"This is the best shawarma I've had in Denver! Tastes very close to the halal stands in NYC and Philly. Perfect flavor and not over-seasoned with cumin or Euro/American spices like most middle eastern food here is. It's pure shawarma spices. Hummus and falafel are fantastic too, and again, are not cumin based so you get all of the traditional and authentic flavors just like I've had in the Middle East and NE US.
