Overall, this was a good dish, but I definitely recommend heating up some water and adding broth to yours because that was top-tier and it helped with the saltines. What I get it again? "First time trying this restaurant and I was not dissapoined! The Birria Tacos Plate was great with a large portion and everything was hot a fresh. I also ordered the Sopapillas, which they were unfortunately out of, but they sent churros instead with a cute note explaining the situation. "I had the Fajita Burrito Supreme.
The flavors were fantastic and definitely have original taste, unlike others. The portion size was very large, as it should be. The balance of the burrito was just right. The beans are smooth with a hit of bacon each bite. It's perfect for the base of any burrito. The grilled steak was tender and tasted like a unique marinated. If I was guessing liquid smoke was involved. It's still very good. I tried all the salsa, and they were all good. The red salsa is the warm kind with high cilantro taste. The guacamole creme salsa was the star. It was probably my top 3 favorite green salsa. Jalapeños and avocado mix perfectly. The chips are fried in clean oil and have a thin fresh crunch. The chili con queso is mid.
Overall, I will come back and look forward to trying other items."

"Our first time and won't be our last. Thank you for servicing late hours to give us amazing tacos to satisfy our late night cravings. Tortilla was crispy, meat was flavorful and had was not stingy with the onions or cilantro. A great plus that a lot of taco places don't do is give extra grilled onions and jalapeno on the side. Overall outstanding!!"

"I get the Street Tacos Plate with an extra side of rice&beans and a few extra salsas and it is always Amazing flavor and consistent they are doing it right. everything is dialed in! huge deal for me if I work all week and decide to treat myself to some tacos I dnt want to get home and discover they are prepared differently from last week or the order is all around wrong I am thankful for their commitment to putting out meals that are prepared strictly and precisely and all around amazing flavor i always judge a place on the refried beans&Rice, salsa,and the chicken in the Street Tacos if those things are flavorful then I know everything else on the menu is most likely amazing. think about it all those things take time, patience, levels of seasoning so if they are rich in flavor and have depth it means they know how to give the simplest of items depth and taste profile. it's just simply great food that you can count on and trust!"
