one thing that bothers me is their packaging.
it's great heavy duty spill resistant microwave capable.... but they package everything little thing. the gravy that I ordered with the mashed potatoes came separate in its own container the same size as the mashed potato container, but both fit neatly into one.
same with the French toast. two sides of French toast means 4 toasts packaged together. not with Denny's. it means two separately packaged items of the same kind. that was frustrating. my one big meal turned out to be 4 HD plastic trash items. not a fan of the waste I just made bc of their packaging."

"A little confused about all the reviews talking about huge sandwiches. These are regular sized sandwiches, and if you buy their small, you get half a regular sized sandwich. The large is just a whole sandwich. That being said, their ingredients are fresh, high quality, and very tasty. We love all the options offered to customize to taste. Great sandwiches. Which they should be at nearly $20 for a regular sized sandwich.
One thing we noticed with today's order, is that the sandwiches were far less stuffed with those great ingredients than usual. Disappointing considering the cost.
The Righteous Reuben had very little kraut or thousand island, far less pastrami, and so much mustard it was hard to taste anything else.
Added veggies and changed the dressing on the High Tide to the highly reviewed ranch, and it was so good. Still not much meat for the price. An unwelcome change.

"We are very impressed. The quality has definitely changed for the better! My only comment would be the sour taste of the Cup of Country Gravy À La Carte. I did ask them about it and the lovely gal said that it's made with buttermilk and that's probably what gives it a bite. Other than that, everything was delicious, hot, fresh, and we will order again!
