The chicken was not dry. The mango was tasty, and had a more saucy finish. It wasn't as crispy, but that was expected. The chicken was cooked well, and the sauce was tangy with a spicy kick. "I ordered a Small Chocolate Milkshake and Fiamma Cheese Burger with Garlic Fries. Most restaurants hold the items that will lose quality until the dasher arrives. I've never had issues with Milkshakes from Doug's (for example) despite them being twice the distance. From the time the dasher was assigned until they reached my house was less than 7 minutes. 4.5 from the restaurant. The milkshake was completely melted, no density. The fries sealed in a waxed cardboard box were soggy. The burger was fine. Taste wise the shake drink was nice and the burger delicious, the fries were off putting because of the grease and sog so I threw them out. All in with tip? $50 for a burger, soggy fries, and a melted shake. I know that some companies like to blame the dasher, and it did take some time before one was assigned; but clearly the shake was sitting on a rack from right after order."

I recently ordered a meal from Arby’s with high hopes, but unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The large fries that came with my meal were barely half-full, falling short of what one would expect. Additionally, the lack of basic essentials like a straw for my drink, as well as condiments and napkins, was a significant oversight.
The quality of the food itself was also subpar. My partner’s chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry, giving the impression that it had been left under a heat lamp for far too long. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the food quality a mere 2, which is disheartening, especially considering the cost. The entire meal, which was meant to be the only meal for the day, cost nearly $50, and the quality did not match the price.
Having this meal delivered to my home added to the frustration, as we had been looking forward to a satisfying dining experience. It’s regrettable to report that our experience with Arby’s was far from satisfactory, and it’s unlikely we’ll be returning based on this encounter. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future customers do not face similar disappointments."
