"I've tried a lot of Chinese food in the area and I'm never really satisfied but this was great! I got it express and it was very hot when it arrived. The No. 19. General Paul's Chicken is a great texture. Not super spicy but it is what I expected. The sauce does not taste artificial at all and they give a generous amount. The couple pieces of broccoli were enjoyable.
I got chicken fried rice and asked for it spicy which they actually did. It had a little bit of a smokey flavor but nothing offensive.

"I often order the 21. Sesame Chicken with Egg Drop Soup, and the quality and consistency has impressed me since I started ordering from them. It's become my go-to for Chinese food, as its portion size allows me to often get two meals (plus a snack if you count the soup on its own), and the fried rice is often a large enough portion to last for both meals. It is an excellent value for relatively little price, both in terms of quantity and quality. I often get the extra spicy option, which I believe has the right level of heat, though they offer lower spice options. I do not usually get their beef options, so I cannot speak on those, but I can emphatically recommend their 21. Sesame Chicken !"

"Five stars for taste, but only two stars for getting orders right.
I've loved Sy Thai for yearsss. The food is and always has been absolutely delicious. It's one of my go to places to order from.
That said, I'm done going through doordash bc over the past couple of years the restaurant has consistently screwed up orders (ie chicken when I order veggie etc), failed to include items, etc.. I'd say 50% of my orders have been wrong in some way - it's disappointing esp when you pay $16 for a dish that is incorrect and only get like $4.58 back (which I understand is a doordash issue, not a sy thai issue; still frustrating).
Like I said - the food is good. So good! I don't want to stop ordering from Sy Thai, but going forward it will only be if I or someone else can pick it up to make sure everything is included and correct. "
"Ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken Hot. First off, the spice was barely there, but even that was more than the "chicken" they claimed was in the entree. I counted a total of five slices of chicken. Terrible value and spice inaccurate. Do not recommend."

"As always, my food from Lotus Pond was the BEST! No one can beat their WonTon soup. The wontons in the soup are nicely filled and cooked perfectly. They do not taste like breakfast sausage as many others do, and the wonton skins are not falling apart. Love their big fluffy dinner rolls! Their egg Egg Rolls are nice and crisp and you can see the shrimp inside, not just the bean sprouts. The vegetable Egg Foo Egg Foo Young Dinner is SO good! The dinner gives you 3 huge patties with a good variety of veggies. The Gravy for the patties is addictive. I always order extra to put over the rice that comes with it. The General Tso's Chicken Deep Fried(Breaded) was a first time order for me and I loved it! The chicken was cut in nice bite sized pieces and the flavor of the sauce was fantastic, I also liked the pieces of scallions included with the chicken! The order was abundant and there was plenty for the two of us plus enough for lunch the next day. we will be ordering it again. Our order came with plenty of condiments, plum sauce, soy sauce, and Hot Mustard . Of course we had to get Fortune Cookies for dessert! i know this is a delivery order, but I do have to mention just how much we miss being able to dine in at Lotus Pond.
