I know because they went through each item ingredient by ingredient for me. They were so nice and patient it was clearly genuine. I'm grateful because I hate having this allergy and being a bother. They even looked up things and got back with me on them today that they couldn't guarantee in my order yesterday. AND GUESS WHAT ITS SOY FREE AS WELL!!
