"I truly enjoy this juice shop, but I want to share some feedback in hopes of improving the customer experience.
Today, my DoorDasher called to inform me that my order would be delayed because the smoothie I ordered was unavailable. I appreciated the heads-up, but I was also told I’d be "hooked up" as a courtesy—yet my order arrived as-is, with no adjustments.
I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my orders, especially for juice, are often canceled after waiting close to an hour. DoorDash drivers have mentioned waiting in-store for over 30 minutes, only to have my order canceled because making four juices was deemed "too much"—which is concerning for a juice shop. If four individual customers walked in, they wouldn’t be turned away, so I hope online orders can be treated with the same priority.
Additionally, my açaí bowl was disappointing for the price—there was very little fruit and granola, making it feel incomplete.
I share this feedback because I truly love this place and want to see it succeed. I hope improvements can be made so customers, both in-store and online, receive a consistently great experience."

"My food was very fresh looking and tasted the same. The portions were perfect for one person with some ro spare . The brussell sprouts were delicious and they were up against high competetion just the right balance of savory and sweet. I would definately eat this again as I have recommended it to friends and family since i ordered it. :)"
"The quality and taste did mostly meet expectations, but it may be a bit overpriced. I paid $2 upcharge for a very small amount of cheese, and the cheese they served is rotten for sure. The other ingredients that I also paid $2 upcharge for were on point. I would recommend with hesitation due to the inconsistency, the rotten stingy cheese is really ruins a salad. IYKYK."

"The Breakfast Burrito was way better than I expected. The price was a bit lower than other places but I wanted to try the Flower Child Red Bull Spritzer. Normally lower pricing makes me thing lower quality but this is absolutely not the case here. I spent 2 hours looking for the perfect Breakfast Burrito (I am a perfectionist) and I am glad I ended up with Whistle Stop.
I don't know what the sauce is with the burrito but it's delicious. I think this is my new go-to for drinks and breakfast burritos.
Food was still hot when it arrived and bigger portioned Breakfast Burrito than I was expecting.

"Breakfast Burrito was nasty. It was so greasy it was difficult to eat because the tortilla was soaked in grease. Never have I had to dab grease off a breakfast burritos with a napkin. No peppers or potatoes or anything else that was in the description. Just eggs, cheese, and chorizo...which isn't listed. Do not expect the coffee to look anything like the pictures. Taste of the latte is just okay. Seems like they just slopped my order together. Thanks. :/"
