"For a chain pizza restaurant that actually has decent quality ingredients, it’s incredibly frustrating to see them completely undermine their own reputation with inconsistent execution. Dough, sauce, and cheese should not be this difficult to get right. This is now the SECOND order where the dough was clearly old and couldn’t even properly rise. The sauce was unevenly spread, and there were areas where the cheese didn’t even cover the sauce. A pizza should be evenly constructed from edge to edge. That’s basic pizza making.
What makes this especially disappointing is that I know this restaurant is capable of making a good pizza. When it’s done correctly, it’s actually pretty good. But when the quality varies this much from one order to the next, it makes it really hard to justify ordering again.
Consistency matters. Especially when I’m paying good money for a pizza that should be the same quality every time. We will not be ordering from this establishment anymore."
