"I’m leaving a 5-star review because the customer service and overall food quality here truly deserve it. The staff is always respectful, attentive, and professional, and when everything is on point, the food is excellent.
That said, I want to share some honest feedback so the experience can be more consistent. The zeppoles are a bit hit-or-miss. Sometimes they come out perfect—soft, warm, and fully filled—but other times they arrive with a very hard exterior and a hollow inside, which makes them uncomfortable to eat unless reheated. Unfortunately, microwaving changes the texture and doesn’t really fix the issue. I understand this may be due to distance and how they cool during delivery, since items like zeppoles are sensitive to temperature and timing.
The only other concern I’ve had is with drink orders. I specifically request regular soda (not zero), and even when I call to confirm, I’ve still received the wrong one multiple times. It may be a simple mistake, but it has happened enough that it stands out.
Overall, I still highly recommend this place because they clearly care about their customers and the quality of their food. With a little more consistency—especially with certain items and order accuracy—this would easily be a flawless experience every time."

"The Alfredo Pasta and Shrimp Scampi both were absolutely delicious! The taste, the portions and freshness all were on point and I will definitely be ordering again!!!
Oh and it comes with garlic bread to that was very tasty and I'm a picky eater.
My only issues was the containers they put the food in could be stronger because some of the juice and sauce spilled out of the packaging.
Now it could have been the way it was handled during delivery but I still enjoyed it very much and have enough to eat for the next few days!"

"I ordered the Penne Vodka. My only complaint is that it was not penne but instead rigatoni. I know pasta type doesn't seem like a big deal but it can make a difference as far as how the sauce is spread throughout pasta, as well as the portion size. I was a little disappointed at first, but the vodka sauce tasted so good that I was still satisfied enough. I want to give them another chance as far as their pastas are concerned, hopefully this was a one-off, but a better practice would have been to notify the customer. It makes me wonder what other substitutions/surprises/disappointments I'll receive without being informed."

"I got the stuff pizza with some wings extra spicy buffalo. The wings are a perfect size not too small not too big The extra spicy buffalo equals about a medium and actual Buffalo wings. The stuff pizza is massive and taste 100 times better than it looks and it looks great. I'll definitely be back"

"First time ordering, we Door Dashed as we were feeling lazy. We ordered the Large LG VERDE, a 12" PERSONAL PIE and Kids Chick Fingers. We loved the Verde even though the tomatoes weren't really bright colored. The pizza combo of tomato and garlic with the white pizza with broccoli was delicious! I'm glad we tried it. "HUGE slices! The Artichoke Slice was exactly as described - but very thick. The Basille's Slice was super thin and crispy. The Vodka Square had wonderful flavor - perfect Sicilian texture. The Artichoke Slice was actually thicker than the Square! I just wish everything arrived a little warmer because it was nearly cold by time it was delivered but thats to be expected with any pizza delivery. Extra sauce on the side for $.50 was super small cup so if you need alot of sauce keep that in mind. "
