I wish the Hollandaise had a little more tang, like a little extra lemon juice and I would prefer a little extra Hollandaise. My Husband had Corned Beef Hash Benedict. He seems to like it. I'd say 80% good. I had a bite and I personally do not care for the flavor of the hash.
