"I hesitated ordering from Bakers because in the recent past the food was not appetizing at all asnitnusedto be. I was pleasantly surprised this time. Th e packaging of my food items was NOT in a plastic sealed bag, but in a nice brown paper bag - the food did not arrive soggy as before. "The tostada salad was half empty and I didn't receive the sauces I requested. There was hardly any avocado or chicken in the salad. Not worth it."

This tostada was so empty that you could see the bottom of it. No cilantro dressing, no pico de gallo, very little amount of remaining ingredients. The chicken even tasted cold like cooked hours ago. This has been my worst experience at el Pollo Loco, and I order about once a month this same thing because I like it that bad. I'm very shocked. Not worth the $14 :("
