Unfortunately, the store didn't have my requested flavor in stock. I had selected the "contact me if item is out of stock" option. My dasher didn't speak English, but he was able to get a Baskin Robbins employee to call me.
The employee was awesome and listed out about a dozen other flavors they had available so I could choose replacement flavors. Really great service!

"I order from here every single week! This is the best Spanish cuisine in CLT to me and I'm from The Bronx, NY. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because they have messed up on a few of my orders when I add notes to it. Overall, best quality food!! I always order the chicken in garlic Chicken In Garlic Sauce (Pollo Ajillo) with onions and White Rice & Black Beans. The Tostones are also really tasty. I've been ordering from Romeo and Juliet for a while now, and I have to say that their French bread is consistently delicious! However, I've noticed that the packaging and handling could use some improvement. Every time I order, the bread is simply tossed into a paper bag without any additional protection, and then sent off with a dash driver. This can be a bit rough on the bread, and I've had instances where it's arrived slightly crushed or disheveled.
Moreover, the bag is often dropped off at my front steps, which makes me a bit concerned about hygiene. I'd love it if the bakery could consider using a more secure and sealed bag to protect the bread during transit. Not only would this help preserve the bread's freshness and texture, but it would also ensure that it arrives in a more sanitary condition.
It would be a great touch if the bakery could take a few extra seconds to wrap the bread more carefully or use a bag that's designed for shipping baked goods. This small extra step would make a big difference in the overall experience. Despite this, I still love the bread and would like to continue ordering from Romeo and Juliet. With a bit more care in packaging, I think the experience would be even better. 3/5 stars for now, hoping they'll take customer feedback to heart!"

The sauces were also tasty with just the right amount of heat. I wish I would have taken photos, but we were hungry and it was mouthwatering when we saw the food. To finish it off, we had tres leches (which was also yummy!, and I am so picky when it comes to tres leches) and the picarones which was pleasantly appetizing with just the right amount of sweetness, but not too much. I am not sure what my favorite thing was, but that seco de res tasted like it took hourssss to make with so much depth and flavor. "The burger had no sauce on it and absolutely no flavor. The lettuce and tomato tasted old, and the bun was so soggy that I had to remove it and eat the burger plain. The chicken was also extremely disappointing—rubbery and comparable to fast-food quality. It had a ‘mystery chicken’ texture that I really dislike, so unfortunately I had to throw it away."
