"I’m writing this review based on my personal experience at International Mediterranean Market & Restaurant on August 30, 2026. I spent almost $90 on my order, and I was extremely disappointed with what I received.
I’m posting a photo of the actual food so people can see exactly what I’m talking about. For almost $90, the portions were surprisingly small. There was only a little rice, and the salad portion was so small that it was not even enough for one person. The fries were soggy and did not taste fresh.
The kebab was the biggest disappointment. It was extremely dry, had a very unpleasant smell, and did not taste properly prepared. My family did not want to eat the food, and the order was basically left uneaten.
Because we couldn’t eat the food, I had to place another order from a different restaurant that same day. So not only did I waste almost $90, but I also had to spend additional money and wait again just to get dinner for my family.
The customer service was also disappointing. The employee who handed me my order, Hamid, was rude and disrespectful during my interaction with him. After spending almost $90, I expected at minimum to receive fresh food, reasonable portions, and respectful customer service.
I’m not exaggerating or judging based on someone else’s experience — this is exactly what happened with my order on August 30, 2026, and the photo shows what I received.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend International Mediterranean Market & Restaurant to anyone. The food quality, portion sizes, customer service, and overall experience were absolutely not worth the money. I personally will not be ordering from here again.
I would like the restaurant to refund my money because the food was not eaten and I had to purchase another meal elsewhere"

The rice seemed old and definitely not what I'm use to from an Indian restaurant but to be fair it was included with the entree where other places you order separate. I'll also say I was surprised how big everything is, lately most places have been reducing the size of portions, but this was quite a bit of food. No idea what's in the juice mix, might just be all their other juices mixed together, all I know is it's delicious. The sauce stuff on the Mantu is insanely good, and the meat in the Special Qabuli Palaw is also crazy good, it also had these little things that look kinda like beans, from the picture I thought they would be raisins or something, no idea what they actually are, but they're delicious. Honestly all around I couldn't recommend this place more, a lot of places these days are just "good", but this place was absolutely amazing, and considering it was delivery and I didn't eat it fresh there, it surprises me even more."

First time trying Borscht Soup and it was even better than I had heard -- delicious, aromatic earthy flavors with a sweet and sour tang. The dollop of sour cream is the cherry on top. "I ordered the Fasolakia, Mix Shawarma, and Lamb & Beef Village Gyro. The Mix Shawarma is a combination of lamb, beef, and chicken with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and a yogurt and cucumber based sauce, Tzatziki. You can adjust the spice level. It is different than the gyro as its closed like a burrito with a thinner bread and the gyro is open face with a thicker pita. The gyro is the same toppings but only lamb and beef. The shawarma and gyro were not oily and were decently filled. Both come with extra tzatziki! Very tasty and filling so I would recommend both! "
