"This is my go-to Thai place in Portland. The Pad Thai is delicious! I also love the Pad See Ew! You can choose which spice level you want, and they actually use the spice level you ask for. I get level 2, which has a lot of flavor but isn't so spicy that you burn your ears off. Also nearly-perfect are the Mussaman Curry and the salad rolls. Their warm peanut sauce pushes those salad rolls over the top! Surprisingly, the prices here are very reasonable."
