"All this place is done in the last year is gone downhill. The prices have skyrocketed like everyone else, sure, but everything else is getting worse. The only thing worth ordering is the Nutella Croissant w/ Whipped Sweet Cream since that seems to be the only thing that's impossible to mess up. This used to be my favorite place to get coffee and now, it's weaker than McDonald's and more flavorless than Dunkin'. The ordering functions keep changing in ways that aren't intuitive at all, like having to select (and pay for) your choice of protein twice to make sure you get it at all. It also came with a side of homemade chips which were crispy and so good (and not listed in the description).
