"Kruse's Deer Lake Inn's creamy cole slaw is some of the best I've ever had. It is not the standard coleslaw typically served at other restaurants. This slaw has a light and creamy dill dressing with a hint of mustard. Definitely worth trying. But be aware that when you order the quart size, in my experience, the quart container is only loosely filled slightly past the half full capacity. So if you actually want the volume of a quart, you should consider ordering 2 quarts. Also, unlike when dining in, if you wish to receive a loaf of their fabulous bread, you must specifically order and pay for it. You do not automatically receive a loaf with your entree when getting an order through DoorDash. But again, the bread is well worth paying additionally for. The food at this restaurant is SO good that once you try it, you'll keep coming back for more."

Bruschetta: They need to update the pic of the bruschetta because it is NOTHING like the pic. I read the description and thought maybe the olives (which I hate) were a garnish because I wasn't seeing any in the pic. Olives, capers and other veg that I can't identify and very little tomato. I'm sure it is very tasty but I definitely wouldn't have ordered the bruschetta if I knew its main ingredient isn't tomatoes. I ended up eating 1 piece of bread with the micro greens. The chèvre is very strong.
They also need to have a better system for Doordasher pick-up. My dasher called me to tell me someone stole the order before they got there and the restaurant was arguing with her to get a remake, which of course made it take twice as long. "

It hardly had any toppings on it, and the cheese was also used very sparingly. I remember a Meat Lovers Pan Pizza, being very thick, and Loaded with meat and cheese. I can't believe that this pizza costed $33, I would have done better to eat a piece of loaf bread with catsup on it. "

"I got a large side salad as my main dish with no onions, added Salmon, and Blue cheese crumbles, and selected Italian dressing. The menu didn't say it had croutons on it but it did. I'm diabetic so I would have requested none had I known, but I just picked them off. I was blown away with the big, delicious, thick serving of salmon, and two generous containers of dressing on the side! All was fresh and delicious and a great proportion! I will definitely get it again!! My tummy is happy and I so needed a perfect meal and this was it for me. My wish is that DoorDash fixes the menu to say it has croutons, gives you the option to customize and remove them and onions if you want to, and that instead of croutons maybe give the option for 2 pieces of fresh baked bread with butter on the side. As a diabetic, I shouldn't have it but an occasional piece or two would probably be okay and I would rather have fresh, warm bread than cold, hard croutons with a salad any day!
