"I ordered the 18Pc Wing Group Pack which I thought would be a great deal for movie night. I was disappointed. I chose the Red Beans and Rice as my side. My chicken flavors were Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan and Honey Lemon Pepper. I was excited to try the new Honey Lemon Pepper flavor. When the food arrived I was not happy with the presentation. The Red Beans and Rice was stated to be a large. However, the container was 3/4 of the way filled and there was gravy dried up all around the container. They were still enjoyable and edible in temperature. Sadly, not enough for us. I assumed there would be enough rice for three people. The wings were good. The Garlic Parmesan and Honey BBQ were edible in temperature. But the Garlic Parmesan was over sauced. The Honey Lemon Pepper were tasty. But they were not edible in temperature because they arrived cold. I was supposed to have six wings in the box, but only received five. It appeared the other food was made fresh and the Honey Lemon Pepper were leftover wings from another batch and didnt think I would miss a wing. I understand mistakes occur but this comes off as a Friday night carelessness and rush job. This is my first time ordering delivery and I am open to providing another opportunity."

"I'm a picky eater and I'm originally from Chicago so I know how "Chicago style" food should look and I know how I like it so it's always hard finding a new place to eat but I will 1,000% be ordering here again! I ordered the Italian Beef normal even though I don't like the peppers. It looked so amazing when I got it and I tasted it, it took me back home! The bread is soft and soaked in jus just like it should be, it's loaded with beef and has peppers, pickled veg (carrots and cauliflower at least), and mozzarella cheese. 10/10 outstanding!
I also got a Beef Pizza Puff because those are my usual go-to and they're hard to mess up. lol. It was perfect and not overcooked and hard or undercooked and soggy, and my picky daughter loved it.
I ordered quite a few things because I never know how hungry I'll be, if I'll even like the food, or if it'll be filling enough. I also got the Vienna Chicago Dog (again even though I don't like most of the toppings, I got it with everything on it). I opened the box and it looked just like any good chicago hot dog cart (which are always the best). I picked off what I don't like (pickle, peppers, tomato, most of the neon relish) and my only comment is that after picking all that off, it could use a little more mustard, but that's my fault. lol. It's delicious and I absolutely won't be able to finish it all!
My roommate ordered the Gyro (priced around $11-$12). I didn't notice any difference in the descriptions between the gyros but this one was well worth the money. It was loaded with meat and the toppings were on the bottom, but it smelled delicious and my roommate said it also tasted delicious, and I was very sad I couldn't take some and try it. lol. His only negative comment was that he wished there was more than just 1 pita with this plate, but he was very happy with it and still has some leftover! I also got a baklava which looks delicious but I'm so full I can't try it til later!

"I am PROUD of how well the Chef made my inner steaks. Thought they were overcooked because the outsides were burned, but the insides were cooked perfectly.The disappointment with this order unfortunately came with the Caramel Apple Pie,..it literally is just a couple of spoons of dry crust instead of a full cup as it usually is!This is not how it normally arrives(I am a regular at the restaurant & order frequently from home,if I post a pic of me you would recognize me because I visit so often:) 'Pie' was just super dry crumbs,with hardly any filling! No Freshness, seems like I got the very end of it. Also the Waffle Fries were just overcooked bits & pieces, I literally counted only 3 full size fries while the rest were small pieces of cold greasy potatoes & not the average portion. Lastly the chicken appetizers were cold & old not fresh at all. This is my most favorite restaurant in town because of the staff & my history with it. Not the best order for cost today :("
