"I ordered two combo meals and didn’t receive any fries with either one. On DoorDash, there isn’t even an option to select fries as the side, so there was no way for me to fix it before ordering.
When I called the store, the manager was extremely rude, wouldn’t listen to my concern, and clearly just wanted to get me off the phone. They didn’t try to fix my order, offer a replacement, or even apologize.
I also ordered butterfly shrimp but they substituted it with jumbo shrimp without telling me — and I only received three jumbo shrimp in the whole box. I paid all this money and got hardly any food.
Overall, this was very unprofessional and poorly handled. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless the customer service and order accuracy improve."
