"I typically do not leave reviews, whether an experience is good or bad, but this time I felt compelled to because of how unbelievably poor this order was.
The egg and cheese sandwich was completely ruined by the bread being burnt. Not lightly toasted or slightly overdone—burnt. The first thing I tasted was charred bread, which made the sandwich unpleasant to eat from the start.
The tuna sub was somehow even worse. The sauce was thrown on so carelessly that it leaked through the entire sandwich wrapper and soaked through the bag. By the time I got it, it looked like it had been tossed around with no regard for presentation or quality. It was messy, sloppy, and frustrating to deal with.
What really surprised me was the complete lack of consistency. One half of the sub had virtually no cheese on it at all, while the other half had an excessive amount. It honestly felt like two different people made each half without paying attention to what they were doing. Basic quality control seemed completely absent.
I’ve ordered plenty of sandwiches from different places and understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn’t a small mistake. The entire order felt rushed, careless, and poorly prepared. When customers pay for food, they expect at least the basics to be done correctly. Unfortunately, this order missed the mark in almost every way possible.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt others should know what to expect. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues because the quality of this order was unacceptable."

-The biscuits remind me of Bojangles.. on the east coast where I was its a chicken-chain; but not just any chicken chain with biscuits. They specialized in the variety of biscuits they offered. This batch or recipe, like those, are truly 'dialed-in '. Temperature, tasty, gooey truly otherworldly. Taste predictably exhibited a stellar recipe, excellent follow-through, and oversight that is second to none. That said about the biscuits, I'll digress by stating the overall experience was mixed, at-best. The star being, you said it, the biscuits."

"I am Assyrian and for someone being middle eastern, I must say this is one of the best middle eastern food I have had in the country. Very juicy, flavorful and great quality. They also serve large portions and it appears to be a lot more than most restaraunts give you. "
"WOW this is truly authentic middle eastern cooking and haven't been reminded of this charbroiled flavor since being overseas. My family is Iraqi so I've had tons of different middle eastern food until now and this is by far my favorite. #1 spot out of Shelby Twp, Sterling Heights, and Dearborn food by far. BBQ meats taste amazing but charbroiled is another level and layer of flavor. The Charbroiled Whole Chicken / دجاجة على الفحم is butterflied and then grilled which is served over two options of rice. Never had whole grilled chicken like that before and is so delicious. I enjoyed the brown rice (beryani style) and yellow rice very much, but the beryani style was a perfect balance of peppered and Mediterranean seasonings. Honestly better than I've had at holiday gatherings, they killed it! We also had the combo tray for 4 and it was served over pita bread fresh off the grill. I really enjoyed the kabob and cream chop. The cream chop came crispy and tasted like it just got cooked seconds ago and I have never gotten cream chop to go that wasn't soggy. Delicious. The food came in aluminum trays with a layer of saran wrap so the food came piping hot when it arrived and I live pretty far. Bringing the food inside, I could barely carry it because that's how much food you get and even the packaging was hot to the touch. The portions are HUGE and for a great price. The presentation on the Charbroiled Whole Chicken / دجاجة على الفحم was actually really nice too. Can't beat the flavor, price, and portions so it's a win-win-win for me."

"First time with this place. Ordered the Uncle Joe's Trio and mac and cheese. The food was delivered hot, intact and without spills.
The coleslaw was pretty good.
I don't use tartar sauce on my fish, so I dipped a fry - it wasn't as thick as I'm used to and I thought it was really tasty. The red cocktail sauce was great too and I ate the shrimp with that. The shrimp were good size and tasty.
I thought the chicken fingers were good with Uncle Joe's sauce. Like a BBQ sauce, but not exactly.
The cod was REALLY good but I would have loved a wedge of lemon with it.
I ordered mac and cheese too and it was pretty good for fast food. Reminded me of some from my childhood.
