I have never had Fried Ice Cream before today, so this was a first, and I didn't know what to expect, from the tortilla to the ice cream and toppings, this was a delicious surprise. The Pico De Gallo is excellent 👌, but unfortunately was missing entirely from my order. While I do love their salsa, I've found that if you order their pico, you won't get the salsa at all, which is unfortunate, since there's plenty of delicious chips and not enough salsa to go around.
