The Blackstone Benny itself was disappointing - soggy english muffin, flavourless mealy tomato, undercooked congealed bacon, and a VERY small egg on both.
The worst part was definitely the Colcannon, though. I was genuinely taken aback - it was claggy, starchy, crumbly, unseasoned. Had the consistency of poorly mixed pie crust dough that had been to dry out on the counter. I was certain it was at least a day or more old and had been microwaved, but I spoke to the kitchen manager Sara(h) who swore up and down she made it this morning, which is maybe even more concerning to be honest...?? She was also very defensive and snippy with me when I expressed my concerns.
I don't know what's going on, if maybe they had a staff or management turnover, but I won't be returning/reordering."

I can understand that with heat and in an enclosed box, it will continue cooking so that wasn't the worst. The potatoes were undercooked, soggy and oily. And there is no way the hollandaise is made from scratch - it must be powdered stuff they mix in house. It is absolutely awful. "I am a returning customer of Cazba's and their food is always amazing. The flavour in their rice (my favourite is their Baghali), especially when I mix in a grilled tomato too, is so delectable and their salmon and Shirazi salad are awesome as well. Their salmon is always cooked to perfection as are their ground beef/lamb skewers and lamb shank. Their proteins are very well favoured.
