"This location consistently messes up our orders. Most recently ordered a hot chai latte. It arrived only 3/4 full, was like warm at best and was straight milk no flavoring. A one off mistake is understandable but stuff like this keeps happening. We've received still frozen bagel bites and my personal favorite was a BROWN frozen matcha latte. It's supposed to be green. I feel like whoever owns this location should do something about this. I get it, the staff doesn't make incredible salaries but they're choosing to work there they should at least do the job correctly."
