The donuts were delicious, the kolaches were wonderful. The apple fritters were twice the size of my hand and so good. Donut shops don't make cruellers anymore and they are my favorite, but POP Donuts makes a Buttermilk Cake donut with light glaze that tastes a lot like a crueller, so looks like I've found a new favorite. They also have smoothies, canned beverages, and coffee drinks. One smoothie - Pineapple Coconut - is one that I'm definitely going to have to try. If donuts aren't what you're craving, they have breakfast sandwiches. This little shop has some of everything and I will be back. "One of my favorite taco trucks around. This truck has hands down the best Lengua in all of Birmingham!!! Their corn tortillas are always warm, soft, and buttery, not cold, tough, and doughy. However the Lengua is well seasoned and marinaded with amazing flavor that it is so juicy and tender it just falls apart. If you want tacos or you want a burrito, you can not go wrong with their Lengua as your choice of meat. I will also say that they have a great menu selection full of options. The LG Birria Pizza is quite the dish, especially if you're looking for something to share with your significant other or friends. And you can not go wrong with their Chips and Queso either.
