I think that the least they could've done is given me some syrup. Every time I inhale an exhale, I receive a different spice in flavor note that combines beautifully with what is already to be expected from the flavors one would typically find at an Indian restaurant of the same dish. The caliber is without compare. I have to remind myself to slow down so I do not get too full too fast! The food always arrives packed with great care. For example, all the curries are wrapped in plastic shrink wrap in order to prevent village and leakage. Even the takeout big is a step beyond with heavy insulation. Food has always arrived, piping hot, and fresh. Portion sizes are larger than what I would usually find in the consistency and execution of each dish or phenomenal. The sauce is the right texture, thickness , and well seasoned. I can't say enough about this place!
