I almost never eat breakfast, but I woke up craving a bacon, egg, and cheese with a coffee and decided to give this place a shot. Man, this was a beautiful breakfast.
The first thing that surprised me was how fresh everything was even after delivery. The bagel still tasted like I had just walked into the shop and gotten it over the counter. Perfect amount of firmness and chew, and you can immediately tell this isn't some cheap, mass produced bagel. It tastes like somebody actually cares about the baking.
The bacon, egg, and cheese was excellent. Eggs tasted homemade, bacon was cooked perfectly, and everything worked together instead of one ingredient overpowering everything else.
