I often order the same combo from Popeyes because I really enjoy the food and usually have a good experience. The spicy tenders, Cajun fries, and biscuits are always delicious and full of flavor.
However, in my most recent order, the two Spicy Chicken Sandwiches I paid for were missing. It was disappointing because they were an important part of the meal. I hope the staff can double-check orders before sending them out to avoid mistakes like this. Other than that, the food quality is usually very good, and I will continue to give Popeyes another chance."

"I loved the location in Manhattan, so I was excited to see I can order delivery from the other locations now. "This is my go to restaurant for Brazilian steak. I usually get either the picanha or skirt steak meal with 2 sides. This time I ordered the skirt steak with collard greens and black beans which were delicious as usual. The staff at the restaurant are very nice and care about their customers and will reach out. A woman called me to let me know they were out of grilled vegetables and asked what I'd prefer as a substitute; I chose the black beans.
I also appreciate that the staff actually read and follow the instructions for DoorDash or Uber Eats orders. Every online app order from this place has been correct. I love this restaurant and will continue to order delivery from them."
