"I ordered the 12 oz. Ribeye, rare. What arrived was medium AT BEST. It's very thin, and they packed it in the same container as the (hot!) fries, completely covered by them, so it's entirely possible they cooked it correctly and then it was overcooked from bad packaging. This is something I learned at my first job at 16: you don't pack a rare steak in a to-go container with other hot food, especially covered by that other food. Just ridiculous.
As for the apple pie, it was a tiny portion of sadness and regret."
