I’m a New York native, so I’ve had plenty of experiences eating phenomenal oxtails over the years. These were easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Tender, flavorful, and clearly made with care.
My only small qualm was the mac and cheese. It had a bit too much MSG for my taste. I’m sensitive to MSG, so the flavor came through pretty strong for me. I ended up pairing it with the yams to balance it out and that actually worked really well.
Now the cornbread deserves its own moment. It was delicious and honestly reminded me of my mother’s cornbread. I was literally sitting in my bed eating it before I fell asleep lol.

"Looks and tastes like a cheap, extra large, thin crust frozen pizza but triple the price. It's definitely the worst pizza place around University Dr, including the major chains. Waited an extra 20 minutes at the store past expected expected pickup time. Nobody inside and only 2 other cars showed up the whole time we waited. The only positive thing was that the staff was friendly."
