"I do not recommend the Heirloom BLT. Sadly, the heirloom tomatoes have clearly been refrigerated. Tomatoes should never be refrigerated, as it ruins their texture and flavor profile. Was surfing Swami's menu on DoorDash and noticed they had a 2-for-1 special on the Swami's Club sammich, which is normally $20. I absolutely LOVE when I see deals like this and always jump on them as best I can. Only this time, I did a pickup order since I had to drive over to this area anyway. Picking up yourself avoids all of the crappy fees and tips in DoorDash and yep, I got two club sammiches for $19.03!
Pickup is a little weird because there was a line to get it. Since every customer orders at the entrance, I didn't want to cut the line so I waited until my turn, only to see my order sitting on a shelf behind the register.
The sammich itself was huge! They didn't give us much fries and I'm actually okay with that. My waistline thanks you. Each sammich contained: Choice of Mock or Roasted Turkey, bacon, jack cheese, tomato, lettuce, onions and mayo. All stacked high on three slices of toasted bread. Sooo good!"
