This location specifically is a hit or miss. I definitely believe it comes down to whomever is packing the orders. The fried foods are often soggy by the time its delivered (like the fried pickles, French fries, and the fish and chips). Also the dressings/sauces are either missing or wrong, so I tend to order extras of them on the side just in case. I also never seem to get straws and utensils and don't see an option to ask them to include them."

Only critique is it could use more of the herbs and veggies usually included in these bowls.
