"Several weeks ago I took my mom, son and 2 grandkids to Eckerts for a late breakfast/early lunch. The grands (12 and 10) shunned the kids menu and ordered adult meals! "For a fast Mexican option - we filled our bellies and had plenty left over for another meal. My husband got the Create Your Own Combo (Three Items) with a tamale, chile relleno, and chalupa. La Fiesta is hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve had! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Enchiladas Bandera was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly, the rice was some of the best I’ve ever had, and the tamales were phenomenal—fresh, flavorful, and authentic. The Chimichanga was perfectly stuffed, and absolutely incredible!
Every bite was amazing, and you can tell they put a lot of care into their food. The portions were great, everything came out hot, and there honestly wasn’t a single thing I would change. If you’re looking for incredible Mexican food, I highly recommend La Fiesta. We’ll definitely order again!"
