I don't actually recall, but there are probably options from completely mild to "call 911!" I got spinach and "sexygreens" (kale & arugula) as the base, and added the "potato & cauliflower" option.
I also opted for the Garlic Naan, which uses RAW, FRESH garlic, and plenty of it. Pretty powerful. My wife found it overwhelming; but once I realized what it actually was (At first I thought it was some exotic Indian spice or herb, but then I recognized it was just very strong raw garlic), I liked it. But it's not for the faint of heart. They also offer plain naan.
Especially with the naan, this is a full meal, and then some, depending on how hungry you are. I ended up saving part of mine for the next day.
