"The chips and salsa are alright but the best part of the meal is the Diego Special. Shredded, flavorful pork sits on top of a bed of guacamole. I sometimes eat it inside of a tortilla and sometimes as a dip for tortilla chips. The only thing that would make this better is to serve it with some fresh lime to squeeze on top.
