"I did not thumbs down because typically the food is delicious. My food was good this time however the steak was not edible. It was tough and chewy and stringy. My dogs enjoyed it. You pay quite a bit more for the steak so the expectation is that it will be good. Disappointing but the salad itself was good. Just not my protein."
