The seasoning looks like it is injected into the meat so it gives it great flavor not overly powerful but just a nice flavor. I couldn't taste any Cajun seasoning in the breading but it is seasoned just right.

It's got a strong coffee flavor and the sweet cinnamon and caramel are there to complement it, not take over the whole drink.
