"The Clay Pot rice is legit with a capitalized L. The Fan-Jiu (飯焦, scorched rice) covered the entire bottom of the dish and the smell was amazing. The sauce also goes very well with the rice. "I ordered from here three days in a row. The Hawaiian BBQ and the 2-piece musubi were tasty and flavorful. On the first and second day, the musubi had a nice balance of spam and rice, which made it really enjoyable. But on the third day, the spam piece was much smaller and flat, with a lot more rice, so the balance was off and the flavor wasn’t the same. Consistency would make this a perfect go-to spot."

It tastes better after adding soy sauce, but it should have some flavor beforehand. This time the wonton filling had a rubbery texture and a few bits of gristle, which made me question its quality & makeup"
