"The quality of the food here has honestly downgraded so much. The chicken nuggets taste like cardboard and their lettuce is always discolored and looks like shredded paper. Along with stuffing too much of this horrendous lettuce into my sandwich like it's a children's paper mache project, they always put too much mayo on my sandwich! And, you can't make specific requests through Door dash for here, so there's no way to specifically how you want your sandwich to be!
And as of today, they only filled my Soft Serve Cup HALF WAY. HALFWAY, FOR 2.29! That's ridiculous!"

"I order from Blue Heron at least once a week, and I sometimes get the fruit salad twice a week. I absolutely loved the sandwich today—it was delicious!
However, I was very disappointed with the portion size of the fruit salad. Today, the selection of fruit was limited, and worse yet, the container was barely half full. For $13, I could go to Fred Meyer or Safeway and purchase a much greater variety and quantity of fresh fruit for less.
I’m a loyal customer and a big fan of Blue Heron, which is why I wanted to bring this to your attention. Please don’t short-change your favorite fan! I hope you’ll take another look at the portion size and variety of the fruit salad.
