I got the custom Custom Salmon because I like salmon but I also have some dietary restrictions and I was able to find topping options that I could eat with the custom order. They've got the option for the dressing on the side but you can't pick both the dressing you want and get it on the side in the menu (they are both two choices in a menu that will only let you select one thing). I usually always get dressing on the side because there's often way too much of it but the wasabi lime dressing was the perfect amount. The Tempura Shrimps we're a little bit oily but I like it like that. Next time I'm going to get double the appe; they were delicious. I also love the option of getting Utensils."
