"Everything was super flavorful! The hot special with salmon was very crunchy, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The miso shiru was also very flavorful - very salty and earthy, just wished it had a few slices of tofu.
I also appreciate how well everything was packed. The small bag they sent contained wasabi, ginger, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and chopsticks. The hot special was also very well organized, with none falling over.
