Then there was the price and it did not come with a miso soup unless I paid extra. And no mention of a salad at all not even for extra money. The plate was full of rice, with about 7 of those very little shrimp that you can buy frozen at Walmart and defrost with water. And a cut up piece of steak, which was intact fairly good, but not much flavor to it. I honestly did not get the "hibachi" vibe from this plate. I got the "fried rice with some meat from the Chinese place" vibe. I travel and stay at lots of places in the southern part of the US, and I've had lots of hibachi orders. This is probably the most disappointing one. I most likely won't try this place again."

No offense to any other eatery here, but , this place is the most authentic I have found.
The ramen and the small dishes are yummy, and it's the only restaurant I've found that does Pork Katsudon.
The rest only do chicken, when pork IS the traditional choice.
And they do both Katsudon AND katsu.
(they are not the same dish) .
I wish they might do an authentic Hiyashi Chuka for the summer time....? 🙏
